We can provide post-emergency healthcare coordination services, including administrative support, medical documentation, hospital transfers, specialist referrals, and follow-up care arrangements, where appropriate.
Your information is collected only when necessary to coordinate your healthcare services and is shared only with your consent or when required to facilitate your care.
We never disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law or directly related to your healthcare coordination.
We can accompany you to scheduled medical appointments to:
